We had the privilege of attending the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance Summit on #NetPositiveHospitality and were truly inspired by the insights shared by our dynamic youth panel. Their perspectives on sustainability in the hospitality industry were eye-opening and thought-provoking. It's encouraging to see the next generation taking a keen interest in creating a more eco-friendly and responsible future and helping organisations to understand how important their voices are to attract and retain the future labour market .
Getting Youth Ready for the World of Work at Foreman College
What a fantastic 'Get Work Ready' day at Freman College with ELSA Next Generation. We loved working with the students and sharing our 'Leave your Legacy' workshop. Quick turnaround with six 40min sessions but with a view to signing them up for our 3 month Legacy Pilot Program which will be held early next year! Team work makes the dream work Tanith Jade Harding, Kat Povey and Robin Lockhart!
